A cylinder of woven burlap on a slim brass stem, set into a round hand-cast cement base. The coarse weave softens the bulb into an even, warm glow, and the heavy base keeps the lamp steady on a bedside or side table. Colours to order.

Made to order in Yerevan. Every piece is shaped by hand, so yours will differ slightly from the photograph.

Is the Burlap Table Lamp with Cement Base handmade?

Yes. It is made by hand, to order, in our studio in Yerevan, Armenia. Because every piece is shaped individually, yours will differ slightly from the photographs.

Can I order it in a different colour or size?

Usually, yes. Most pieces can be remade in another colour, finish or size. Message us on Instagram with what you have in mind and we will confirm the price and how long it will take to make before you commit.

Which bulb should I use?

Use an LED bulb: it runs far cooler than incandescent or halogen bulbs, which matters with paper, fabric and natural-fibre shades. Stay within the maximum wattage of your fitting, and choose warm white (around 2700–3000 K) for the softest glow. Read our guide to bulbs and safety

How do I care for it?
