How much do the pieces cost?

Prices run from 3,000 to 22,000 AMD, and each product page shows its price. Custom sizes and colours are quoted individually. See the full collection

Can I order it in a different colour or size?

Usually, yes. Most pieces can be remade in another colour, finish or size. Message us on Instagram with what you have in mind and we will confirm the price and how long it will take to make before you commit.

Do you ship outside Armenia?

Yes, we ship worldwide from Yerevan, carefully packed. Shipping cost and delivery time depend on your location and the size of the piece, so we quote each order. Any customs duties or import taxes are paid by the buyer. Shipping & orders

Can I return a piece?

Every piece is made to order by hand, so we don't accept returns or exchanges. If your piece arrives damaged, send us photos of the item and its packaging within 7 days of delivery — we'll remake it or refund you. Returns

Which bulb should I use?

Use an LED bulb: it runs far cooler than incandescent or halogen bulbs, which matters with paper, fabric and natural-fibre shades. Stay within the maximum wattage of your fitting, and choose warm white (around 2700–3000 K) for the softest glow. Read our guide to bulbs and safety

How do I care for it?

Dust it with a soft, dry brush or cloth. Papier-mâché is paper-based, so keep it away from water, steam and damp rooms such as bathrooms; to lift a mark, use a barely damp cloth and dry the spot straight away. Full care guide

Fringe Pendant Lamp

A papier-mâché dome finished in soft ivory and edged with a hand-knotted cotton fringe. Lit, the fringe throws a fine fretwork of shadow onto the surrounding walls. Suits a hallway or a bedside corner where you want warmth without weight.

Terracotta Dome Pendant

A wide, shallow dome in warm terracotta, built up by hand in papier-mâché and sealed to a soft matte finish. The deep curve pushes light downward rather than outward, which makes it a natural fit above a dining table or kitchen island.

Glowing Mushroom Lamp

A rounded cap on a soft column, shaped entirely by hand in papier-mâché with a raw, sandy surface. The whole form glows from within instead of casting a beam. A quiet light for a bedside table or a shelf.

Cement Table Lamp

A cast cement cylinder with a brushed brass band at the base and an exposed Edison bulb. Small and surprisingly heavy in the hand, with the faint pitting cement always keeps. Made for a desk, a shelf, or a windowsill.

Concrete Lamp & Diffuser

A tapered concrete lamp and a matching diffuser bottle, cast from the same mottled grey mix so the two read as a pair. The bare bulb and reed stems together make a small still life. Sold as a set of two.

Papier-mâché Bowls

Small, shallow bowls pressed by hand from papier-mâché and tinted in soft clay pinks, reds and greys. The rims are left deliberately uneven, so each one sits a little differently. Good for keys, rings, or nothing at all.

Decorative Pedestal Bowl

A deep bowl in dark cocoa papier-mâché, raised on three short feet, with the rim left torn and unsmoothed. The rough edge is the point — it catches light along the top and keeps the form from ever looking manufactured.

Warm-Tone Bowl

A low, wide bowl in warm oat papier-mâché, its outer wall left ridged from the shaping process. Light to lift and unexpectedly sturdy. Sits well on a coffee table or an entry console.

Textured Bowl

A flared bowl finished in a white crackle surface that splits open to reveal the terracotta body underneath. The rim rises and falls unevenly, so the silhouette shifts as you walk past it. One of the most sculptural pieces in the collection.

Woven Bowls

Small bowls wrapped in cord and trimmed with beadwork in deep green, rust and cream. Each is finished by hand, so the stitch spacing varies between them. Sold individually — tell us which colour you would like.

Ribbed Cement Vase and Bowl

A fluted vase and a shallow companion bowl, both cast in cement and tinted a dusty blush. The ribbing catches raking light and throws fine vertical shadows down the side. Best suited to dried arrangements.

Concrete Coasters

Set of 4

Cast concrete coasters in a warm terracotta mix flecked with pale aggregate, each poured separately so the speckling never repeats. Heavy enough to stay where you put them, and sealed against rings. Set of four.

Papier-mâché Bowl Set

A larger and a smaller bowl in dark cocoa papier-mâché, both with softly scalloped rims that echo one another. They do not nest exactly — each is shaped separately by hand. Sold as a pair.

Cement Bowl Set

A wide ribbed bowl and a small lidded pot, both cast in pale chalk-toned cement. The ribbing is cut by hand, so no two sets carry quite the same rhythm. Available separately or together.

Cement Table Lamp

A cast cylinder in a pale speckled mix that reads like travertine, topped with a bare Edison bulb on a fabric cord. Small, dense, and warm once lit. A quieter companion to our brass-banded lamp.

Decorative Bowl

A shallow, wide dish in sand-toned papier-mâché with a gently scalloped edge and a coarse, oatmeal-like surface. Wide enough to hold dried stems laid flat, or to sit empty as a centrepiece.

Concrete Bowls

Low, straight-sided bowls cast in three tones — chalk white, natural grey and dusty rose. They are designed to be grouped, though each holds its own alone. Sold individually; specify your colour.

Dome Pendant Lamp

The same wide dome silhouette as our terracotta pendant, built in papier-mâché but finished in a coarse, stony taupe. The rough surface softens the light at the edges. A quieter option where terracotta would run too warm.

Mini Cement Lamp

A compact cement cylinder poured in two layers, dusty rose over natural grey, so the seam between them falls differently on every piece. Bare bulb, fabric cord. Small enough for a bookshelf or a bathroom shelf.

Pedestal Bowl

A footed bowl in chalk-white papier-mâché with a deeply scalloped rim, raised on a solid pedestal base. The white surface takes shadow well and reads almost ceramic from across a room. A centrepiece piece.

Small footed bowls in saturated teal and ochre, with scalloped rims and stubby tripod feet. Brighter than most of the collection, made for anyone who wants a single strong note in a neutral room. Sold individually.

Yellow Pendant Lamp

A gently tapered shade in soft ochre papier-mâché, hung from a twisted natural cord. The colour warms considerably once the bulb is on, moving from pale mustard to honey. Good over a bedside or a reading chair.

Disc-Shaped Pendant Lamp

A flat, wide disc in rust red, hung so the bulb sits fully exposed beneath it. Rather than enclosing the light it reflects it back down and outward, throwing a broad wash across the ceiling. The most architectural piece in the lighting range.

A footed bowl, a shallow dish and a tall cylinder vase, all finished in a rough charcoal surface with visible grit. Together they make a strong dark grouping against pale walls and light wood. Sold as a set of three.

Papier-mâché Pendant Shade

A broad dome in umber papier-mâché with the lower rim left torn and irregular. The uneven edge means the spill of light is never quite symmetrical, which is the intention. Hangs from a simple black cord.

Raffia Pendant Light

A wide dome wrapped in natural raffia over a hand-formed frame, so light escapes through the weave as well as the opening. Lit at night it reads as a lantern rather than a shade. Warm, golden and very quiet.

Patterned Textile Pendant

A straight-sided drum shade covered in a patterned textile of rust, green and cream. The pattern reads graphically by day and dissolves into warm colour once lit. The one piece in the range with real ornament.

Linen Pendant Lamp

A clean drum shade in undyed linen over a hand-built frame, open at both top and bottom. It throws light upward as well as down, lifting a whole room rather than spotlighting a table. The most restrained piece we make.

Thread-Wrapped Pendant

A tapered form wound entirely by hand in rust-coloured thread, hundreds of passes deep. The winding leaves a fine ribbed texture that catches light along every ridge. Slow to make, and impossible to repeat exactly.

Braided Jute Pendant

A tall cylinder braided in natural jute, open enough that the bulb stays visible through the weave. The height suits stairwells and tall windows where a dome would look lost. Light passes through the whole body, not only the ends.

Wabi-Sabi Bowls

Curved Desk Lamp

A hand-formed sphere with an open cut, mounted on a curved metal arm and a solid wood base. The opening directs light where you point it while the body itself stays softly lit. Made to order.

Moon Table Lamp

A heavily textured sphere that glows through its own surface, pitted and cratered like the thing it is named for, resting on a rough-cast base. Lit low in a dark room it stops reading as a lamp and becomes an object.

Classic Shade Table Lamp

A squared shade in umber papier-mâché on a slim white stand — the most conventional shape in the range, in a distinctly unconventional material. It reads as an ordinary bedside lamp until you are close enough to see the surface.

Cement Lantern Lamp

A cast cement block anchoring a woven wire mesh cylinder around an exposed Edison bulb. The mesh throws a fine grid of shadow up the wall behind it. Industrial in structure, entirely hand-cast in fact.

Terracotta Mushroom Lamp

A wide domed cap on a tapered column, finished in warm terracotta with a lightly pitted surface. Larger than our sand version, with enough presence to anchor a console or a plant shelf. Glows evenly through the cap.

Wave-Edge Pendant Lamp

A shallow shade whose rim ripples like fabric caught mid-movement, terracotta outside and gold-toned within. The exposed bulb sits below the waves, so the edge is always seen in silhouette. Made to order.

Scalloped Dome Pendant

A compact half-sphere in dusty rose with the lower rim left raw, showing the pale body beneath the colour. Small enough to hang in pairs or threes over a counter. Made to order.

Sage Dome Pendant

Made to order

The same compact dome in a muted sage green, with the torn rim left unpainted so a pale line runs around the opening. The green cools the light very slightly, which suits a kitchen. Made to order.

White Mushroom Table Lamp

Made to order

A textured white cap on a smooth cylindrical base, the two surfaces deliberately different to the touch. The palest lamp we make, and the one that disappears most easily into a neutral room until it is switched on.

Ochre Textured Pendant

A deep dome in strong ochre with a heavily grained surface and a torn pale rim. The texture is coarse enough to read clearly from across a room. The boldest colour in the pendant range.

Forest Green Pendant

28 × 10 cm

A dark green dome lined in warm ochre, so the outside reads almost black while the underside glows amber. The contrast only reveals itself when the lamp is lit and you are standing beneath it. Hung from a black cord.

Two-Tone Dome Pendant

34 × 15 cm

A wide white dome with a soft yellow interior and an open port at the crown, so light escapes upward as well as down. The rough outer surface stays pale even when lit, while the inside turns gold. Wide enough to hang alone over a table.

Black Papier-mâché Dome Pendant

A deep dome shaped by hand from recycled paper and finished in matte charcoal black, with fine vertical ridges left in the surface. Hung from a natural jute cord, it reads as a dark sculptural form by day and gathers the light into a warm pool below at night. Other sizes and colours to order.

Sculptural Cement Frame Lamp

A rounded rectangular frame cast in cement and left open through the middle, with a light set into the base that washes the inner walls in a warm glow. Shown in speckled grey with a sage-green face and in a rose marble pour; made to order in any colour combination.

Burlap Table Lamp with Cement Base

A cylinder of woven burlap on a slim brass stem, set into a round hand-cast cement base. The coarse weave softens the bulb into an even, warm glow, and the heavy base keeps the lamp steady on a bedside or side table. Colours to order.

Cordless Mushroom Table Lamp

A mushroom lamp with a cast cement stem and a cap of recycled paper flecked with colour. It is wireless and rechargeable, so it can sit on a shelf, a dining table or a terrace with no cord in sight. Colours and size to order.

Terrazzo Napkin Holder

A trapezoid napkin holder in terrazzo-style cement, designed by us from the first sketch and 3D model to a custom mould, then hand-cast, sanded and sealed. Shown in blue, terracotta and beige; choose the colour that suits your table.

Papier-mâché Pendant with Wool Fringe

A brown papier-mâché dome ringed with a band of natural Armenian wool by arm.wool and finished with a fringe of small hanging discs that sway and catch the light. Choose the colours to suit your interior.

Round Papier-mâché Vase

A round decorative vase hand-built from recycled paper, with a short narrow neck and a small foot. The pitted surface fades from chalk white at the shoulder to warm terracotta at the base, so it sits quietly on a shelf with or without stems.

Crocheted Armenian Wool Pendant

From the arm.wool × Zaré Designs collection: a pendant shade hand-crocheted from Armenian wool above a band of recycled paper. The open stitch diffuses the light and scatters a lace of warm shadows across the walls. Ready in 5–7 days.

Striped Papier-mâché Vase

25 × 35 cm

A full-bellied vase striped in black and chalk white, built on a cement base with an outer layer of recycled paper. The hand-painted stripes stay slightly uneven as they follow the curve of the form, which is what keeps it from looking printed.

Open-Weave Jute Pendant

20 × 30 cm

A compact cylinder of open-weave natural jute. The gaps in the weave let the light through in small points, so after dark it throws soft patterned shadows and changes the feel of the room. Made in about 5–7 days.

Concrete & Plaster Table Lamp

9 × 15 cm

A small cast-concrete base with a hand-applied plaster relief, terracotta red at the foot fading into chalk white at the top, crowned with a bare Edison bulb. The relief gives every piece its own tactile surface and subtle tonal shifts. Made in 7–14 days.
